This first-time offering is for those seeking creative flow through the power of guided meditation. Learn techniques to help still the mind, align with your inner spirit, and allow your creativity to flow!
Writers, storytellers, artists, performers, and those who aspire to create are welcome to join this special Story Jam class for four Sundays in October.
Led by storyteller and clairvoyant Maria Kostas, this unique class will help catapult the creative process and bring inspiration to your personal goals and projects.

After checking in, participants will be given journal prompts and visualizations to center themselves into a spirit of creativity. We will then learn to tap into our inner knowingness and use learned tools to release fear and unlock the imagination. Each activity is meant to gently guide individuals to connect with their own artistic voice and bravely discover new creative impulses.
Maria is a third generation clairvoyant, meditation coach, and storytelling and performing artist who was born and raised in Chicago.
