This challenging and exciting online four-week class (with one extra week scheduled for a potential showcase!) is for those who have already taken an introductory class or who are familiar with basic story structure.
In STORYTELLING 201, we’ll take your stories to the next level with proven crafting and performance techniques, and with expert feedback. You'll gain more confidence as a storyteller, and you'll have tons of fun while advancing skills.
Led by coach, director, and producer Stephanie Rogers, this class will be personalized and geared toward inspiration and elevation! Stephanie has a BA theatre and an MA in writing, and she's been producing Story Jam shows since 2013. Steph started Story Jam Studio in 2018 after spending a year teaching storytelling workshops around Chicago. Her approach to storytelling is a combination of solid story writing/creating, mixed with stakes and performance elements.
