Join us for another FANTASTIC storytelling retreat at Ragdale in Lake Forest, IL.
Guests will select from over twenty exciting personal narrative and writing workshops and events over the weekend of October 21-23, with pre-retreat workshop and extra night options!

The retreat includes: fabulous instructors; great food; an open mic; a pop up performance with stories & music; chair massages; meditation; dance and yoga classes; improv classes; access to acres of beautiful grounds and hiking; writing time; group activities; challenging, fun workshops; and much more.
Overnight and local attendees will have the option of staying extra nights before the weekend to fully enjoy Ragdale, purchase additional writing, music, and storytelling workshops, and carve out extra creative time. Several of the rooms are first floor accessible and we can accomodate personal schedules and needs.

• Attendees will be responsible for their own travel and transportation.
• Chef-prepared meals include daily lunch and dinner; breakfast is self-serve.
• No storytelling experience is needed to attend, but some familiarity with personal narratives might be helpful.

Deposits:
Deposits are required for overnight guests and weekend passes. Click on More Info under each ticket option to view pricing and payments. After your deposit is received, all additional payments are by October 1st and may be sent via Zelle or Paypal to [email protected], or to @StoryJam on Venmo.
Cancellation Policy:
Sorry, we cannot make any refunds after September 1st, but you can find someone to take your spot if you can't make it!
